• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
• Non-returnable items: Sale items, gift cards, and personalized products.

2. How to Request a Return

• We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
